Employee Assistance Service
City of Dublin ETB provides an Employee Assistance Service for all staff. By arrangement with the Department of Education and Skills, Spectrum.life are the current provider of this service. The service is to provide all staff and family members over 18 years within a household easy access to a wide range of topics to assist, inform and improve health and wellbeing for everyone. This is a free service is completely confidential.
The topics covered are as follows:

1. In The Moment support
2. Short term counselling (up to 6 sessions of counselling for mild-moderate symptoms and based on suitability)
3. Online CBT
4. Digital Wellbeing Platform
5. Mental Wellbeing Support
