Employee Assistance Service
 
City of Dublin ETB provides an Employee Assistance Service for all staff.  By arrangement with the Department of Education and Skills, Spectrum.life are the current provider of this service.  The service is to provide all staff and family members over 18 years within a household easy access to a wide range of topics to assist, inform and improve health and wellbeing for everyone. This is a free service and is completely confidential. 
The topics covered are as follows:

  • Financial Information
  • Consumer Information
  • Career Guidance
  • Life Coaching
  • Mediation
  • Health Information
  • Cancer Support

Stress Control Course

A Stress Control Course has been made available through the HSE for a limited time and it is free of charge - see link below for more information.  This course has been designed to enable people to deal with, reduce and control their stress levels, which as we all know have been heightened by Covid 19 restrictions and the challenges we face in our daily lives.
The first course starts from Monday 8th February 2021. The second course starts on Monday 8th March and runs until the 25th March 2021.  Even if you miss a session, you can always go back and view it on YouTube.
