Non-pensionable Staff

For staff who are excluded from the pension scheme, there is a provision to contribute to a PRSA (Personal Retirement Savings Account).  City of Dublin ETB offer a deduction at source.  This is operated through Cornmarket.  It is not compulsory for you to take out a PRSA with this company however, we only offer deduction at source for this company.  You can if you wish contribute to another PRSA company and have it deducted through your bank account.
 
At present, tax relief is available at source on superannuation contributions subject to a tax ceiling which is linked to your age.
